Caw m79
hello, I recently bought an M79 designed by Craft AppleWorks.
I was playing with the gun, and when I pushed the barrel back into place I noticed that it wouldn't lock, then upon deeper inspection I deduced that a small pin had fallen out from the safety catch. I found the pin, and tried putting it back into the little slot but no such luck. when I got home, I looked online trying to find a manual or a website with some design schematics but no such luck. I’m turning to you guys as a last ditch hopes that maybe you could help me out. thank you... attached are some photographs of the item in question.. I don't know if they'll be of any help but I’m including them anyway. the whole where the pin goes. same slot, just a little closer and clearer. the saftey catch pin, it is a round cylender with a smoothed indent to catch the lever.

could the safety catch thing snapped off? I see a allen key hole, have you tried remove the metal assembly and seen if you would be able to attach the cylinder through the bottom? have you emailed the manufacturer?

it's not an alan key hole, it's more like a pin.
i think something that attached at the top fell off, but i couldn't find anything laying around the house.. all i found was the pin.

i went to the CAW website, the translated version of the site doesn't seem to have a Contact Us selction.. although i'm going to go again and see if i can find anything els.. perhaps a 188 number.
if you look closley at the second image, you can see a white line inside the pin whole. that is a spring, the pin goes into the whole, the spring pushes it up.

Looking at mine, you're not missing anything. The pin only goes in with the notch facing the left which will hold it from springing right out. If it's in the other way it can go flying.
If you can't fix it and it has a metal barrel, I'll buy it off you. {:
