...you aren't getting a TM for $300. Not new anyway. You can get a TM clone, like a Jing Gong, but that's probably as good as it's gonna get for that price.

Clones start at 350-450, high-end (including TM) starts at more.
One thing's for sure, you won't find anything TM unless you are age verified. |

How much would a full metal exterior and interior jing gong cost?

More than 300, I can tell you that much.
Get Age verified and find out , Because either way you won't find guns very easily at 'all' without having access to the classifieds here. |

A full metal classic army gun will cost you about $600. A TM with a metal body will probably run you abou the same.

imo just wait and keep saving. 300 bucks isn't going to get you very far.
Don't forget all the other costs too...bbs, batteries etc etc. it all adds up very quickly |

If you are in Canada (which I'm assuming you are) $300 isn't very much. Ignore the prices you see on US based websites, the prices in Canada will be much more.
HOWEVER if you are in the US, $300 is enough to get a very high quality Classic Army (much better than TM) and battery. Hope this helps. Brett

go with VelocityArms series , ICS or G&G. They can offer things for your price range. Remember , you get for what you paid for. Don't expect for "Affordable qualities" here. There's always reasons why a certain things are more expensive then certains. For 350$ , all you get is your gun. Expect a good 500$ if you want to start playing (used equipments) I actually did aim for 350$ gun and ended up 600-700$ total with upgrades. Stock guns are very bad.

No not true...TM guns you can leave stock...they will just break over time. EVEN if you put upgrades on ANY gun it will break down eventually.
Other companies like Ares,ICS,CA, and VFC...you don't NEED internal upgrades they are perfect without them. But to stay on topic. as Ayashi said, the CANSoft line of ICS,G&G and the Velocity Arms guns are great (you don't need to upgrade them maybe the CAS versions though) but if you can, save up a couple hundred more and go for an SRC or KWA...but if your 18+ get A/Ved

You can get a new JG in the classifieds for $300. It won't be full metal, but they're still very decent guns.
