Our team asked for a quote nearly two weeks ago and we haven't heard back yet. Take that as you will.

an hour later we had sorted the details and I had a invoice .. So that certainly has not been my experience so far.. My question is more on the quality side.. their prices seem good.

The Bastard Army patches were made by them - reasonable pricing, quality isn't stellar, but its reasonable for the price. I found them very responsive as a service organization.

They advertise on a couple of American forums, poke around airsoftretreat or airsoftforum for some quality reviews.

I'm not impressed by the quality.
The patch "background" material is not very resistent and with little abrasion, it will come appart. So are the boarder seams.

I agree with what you say about the background material, but I have not had a patch fall apart yet - but I only have under 100 out there right now...

I've seen the quality as I have a BASTARD ARMY patch
The quality is satisfactory for the application in mind I found a local patchmaker here in toronto.. quality is excellent.. but I would have to supply the fabric and the velcro... and pay more than from Butler and they could not meet my timeline Ill post a review once I have product in hand

Our team has just put an order in with them for our Beaver patches. Bootyourface has been dealing with them. Let's see if he notices this thread...

The winner for me was the inexpensiveness of the pre-velcro'd patch offered by Butler.

The back ground material they use is twill....and it does frey rather easily. Everything else that has been said is bang on, except their colour matching. The Pantec colour numbers that I gave them for reference (by their request) compaired to what we got is off. For example, the badges we just got in were to be on a coyote tan backing, but when we received the final product, the backing and edging is very light tan, almost a gold colour. Close, but enough that we are thinking on hand dying some of them to darken them up.

Yes, indeed i have been talking with them for a bit now.
I had placed an order, for my avatar, to become patches. The one thing I didn't like is they require you to pay upfront the full amount before they send you a sample to be approved. However, their patches seem to be half the cost of anywhere else. You pretty much have to put faith in them that they'll get you the patch you hope for, as I don't think they do refunds. Today is the 3rd day, of which If I don't have a sample, I'm supposed to email them telling them to hurry up.. I hope everything works out. Will update.
