Leaky mag? I think

First off, I know this is in the wrong section, for some reason I can't make a thread in the doctor's corner. Here is my problem:

I recently bought a KJW 32c glock with two mags (all new)
One of the mags works perfect but the other one doesn't
I can fill it with green gas fully and it doesn't appear to have a leak...I would be able to smell it right?
By the time I put the mag into the pistol and cock it to start firing, it doesn't shoot at all. It gives the wonderful "empty mag sound" when I pull the trigger.

What should I do about it? Is there a test that I can do to see if it is a leaky mag?
Oh and I have only had this pistol and mags for about two weeks now.

Fill a sink with warm watter, and try submersing your filled mag.

If its leaking, you will see escaping air bubbles.

or the fill valve is messed up and it isnt filling at all,
right after you fill it, push the release valve with your thumb, see if it pushes in or is theres pressure

alternatley, there could be too much pressure and the hammer cant release it

If you unscrew the fill valve of the mag and press/hold it down on the propane adaptor...gas should vent through it. If it doesn't your valve is plugged/pooched.

Or (so you don't need to unscrew the valve)...if you hold down the main knocker valve while you're filling it...lots of gas should vent right out of the propane can and out through the top seal of the mag.

If you fill the mag and have pressure on the main valve (i.e. it feels tense and you can't push it with gentle finger pressure)...the you're pistol should fire.

There's reasons why it might not shoot with a mag...but figure out if it's holding gas first.

Ok I just filled both of the mags up and both of them had the same pressure on the gas release.

So if one shoots fine and the other doesn't...then the main valve of the one that isn't working right is not getting hit properly by the knocker of the pistol.

Take a close look at how far out the main valve is in relation to the back of the magazine. Is the one that doesn't work set too far into the mag?

If it was, then the knocker wouldn't get to hit it hard/long enough and you'd get no shot or just a little fart.

The valves are both flush on both the mags, I can't tell a difference with the two

The "good" mag still shoots with a full load of gas right?

Empty a little bit of gas from the "bad" mag...then see it it shoots. The knocker might not be able to knock this valve open (combination of spring and gas pressure in the main valve).

When the "bad" mag is empty...the main valve can be pressed easily and springs back freely?

I just tested 5rds in each mag but I filled them about half-way with gas and both of them worked fine....so maybe it's when the bad mag is full of gas it doesn't fire anymore

So it's the valve of the "bad" mag. If you can, take it out, "rinse/flush" it with silicone oil to make sure there's no grit and try again. You can make a valve key out of an large old screw driver...or you can buy a valve key tool.

Or...just buy a new valve (but you still need to pull the old one).
