Help! BERETTA 92

CAn anyone help me with my beretta 92. i can only shoot one at a time. the slide dont return to the original location. i have to release the slide stop to slide back. I did open up the gun just to lubricate.I do think i put back parts properly..

PLease help!!!

You do have BB's in the magazine right? IF so, then you should check if there is anything wrong with the slide lock release. You can do that by taking off the slide and see if the slide lock release sticks up. Also while the slide is off, try placing the same magazine in too with BB's and see if the release sticks up. PLEASE DON'T PULL THE TRIGGER WITH THE SLIDE OFF. Let me know what happens.

EDIT - Try placing your thumb on the slide release lock while firing. This forces the gun to fire even if there are no BB's left in the magazine.

WOW!

I found that the spring was not installed properly on the slide release.
