ak47 Lowcap Starmag

Hey guys I picked up some AK47 low cap *30 round* star mags from ehobby asia. After the 4th time having them out 3 of them jammed up in one day. I can not for the life of me get the spring to reset so the BB's just rattle around inside. I have tried to unjam it with a cleaning rod to no avail. There is nothing rattling around so nothing has broken off....

Is there any way to open these things up? They seem like they are just glued together, I can't get the circle that says 30RD's to pop off the mag either.

Any idea of Ehobby will warrenty these things?

If there is no way to fix this or no warrenty I would strongly advice against never buying Star mags.
