face protection or mask

Hello guys

I've played a few games and I use my paintball full face mask. Now I've got a pare of Bolle t800 but I would still like to protect the rest of my face.

Any suggestions?

Neck protection would be nice to.

The half masks at ebabanned look really sweet but I gotta wait to order mine. I hacked up a paintball mask to allow me behind the ironsights and had to use my own shooting glasses. Do you use your iron sights? Cuz most the time I find my cheek needs to make contact with the guns stock and a mask gets in the way.

Check the link for an airsoft minded paintball mask.

I have the same problem, use a shemagh or take a buluga ski mask and paint it OD, the only problem being the paint fumes you breathe, but defiently cover your face i have a friend who got hit in the mouth and had a tooth shot out

Nothing... Real men don't protect their face.

Seriously, in case of need, a shemag will do. It won't protect against hot guns, but will reduces a bleeder to a welt. It might save a teeth too if your mouth is closed.

all i wear is a mouth guard. I can talk into a radio and be understood just fine buy every one. Those and my advancers do enough to protect me. I mean really a small cut is no big deal unless your working in like a law firm or somthing lol. But like I said a mouth guard and goggles or glasses are all you need.

Well I'm actually making my own mask, the Army of Two mask (Salem's, the one with the flames). Yeah, it'll probably get hot quickly, but it looks damn cool. I constructed it using cardboard and duct tape, then used Bondo Body Filler (The stuff used to patch cars) to protect it. I'm just in the stage of painting it right now, lucky for me my Dad's old airbrush still works, so the flames should be ready sometime soon. I know this does nothing to help you, but it's a good idea if you want something completely out of your imagination and homemade, and not to mention dirt cheap.

I hope you know what you are doing, because strapping an home made mask to your face and hoping for protection is a dangerous buisness when plastic is flying at 400fps and up.

Not that your mask won't resist, but how it will stay on and seal your eyes corecly.

THat is my suggestion

Good day gents,

I have my own answer to this question.

I have built me a army of two battle suit. the mask is of 4 intersction layers of woven aircraft fiberglass mat and thick resin gel coat. It with stands quite a heavy hit with a bat actually.

You can check my suit on you tube:
write in the search field : darthmischa

The eye protection is with screens now and I added 2 double fanz kits for heat management.

I only use the fAN WHEN IT IS REALLY HOT ( like after a sprint or so.) I also have now a Fan cooling siystem incoporated in the lower chest area ( one fan pair for pushing in cool air - and another fan pair to exit the hot air.

Works great. but all in all it is about the real wait of bullet proof suits. 60 pounds in total with boots mask suit and weapons.
