Back on February 16, 2009, I messaged Nathan and told him that I was interested in a rifle, he replied quickly with this:

I haven’t heard anything from Nathan since this final email, to which he never replied…

I’d love for him to conclude this purchase – as the funds are ready and waiting and I’d really like to have the rifle in hand… but as you can see, it’s been quite the hassle and run-around since I first talked with him.

I’d either like the $270 back (so I can purchase from someone else) or the rifle to which I’d EMT him the funds right now!

Sorry for the long-winded post… but I thought that posting the actual conversation with Nathan would better help my situation.

I've texted him a few times and he's failing to reply. The last time we "spoke" he was just out of the hospital. He had a rifle in, tested it, and it failed, and had to claim warranty on it.

Haven't heard from him since... This is taking waaaay too long to resolve.

My one year anniversary with this deal came and went...
I texted him and told him that I will consider buying a gun from instead of getting the refund. He said he’d put me in touch with his supplier and get back to me. Well, neither has happened.
I’m still $270 down because of this whole fiasco and I’m getting to the point where I’m going to say enough is enough.
I can’t txt him anymore because it costs him money for every txt.

Sooo... I guess I’ll sit and wait to see what happens I guess – not much else I can do...
