Shiping
Hi I was wondering, I have tried to get an airsoft part shiped to Canada once before, but border patrol had it confiscated (luckly it was only $15) so I was wondering if shipping buy air would be less hazerdous?

No. I believe things are checked before they go onto a plane, and if they find restricted parts, they'll seize them right away. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

You can legally import anything airsoft related except:
Full guns (except ones with clear receivers / frames) Gun bodies (plastic or metal, unless they're clear) Grenade launchers grenades magazines with fake bullets. Pretty much everything else is legal to import. Jesus dude, did you even read his question?

?? I said full guns AREN'T allowed. Clear ones are allowed, and if they were confiscated, and appeal would get it back.

I meant with clear bodies, and smoked ones. Smoked can sometimes almost look black at a glance, and if they are in a bad mood, they'll seize it.

Oh, ok. But they are legal, and if they were confiscated, appealing the seizure would get them back.
But it's a moot point anyway, as no smoked receiver guns are sold anywhere other than Canada anyway.

I see your point haha. But i think I'd rather be safe than sorry and not order full guns or bodies of any type.

Yeah but I was trying to import a holster. So im not quite sure why they seized it. And is everything checked buy border patrol, or is stuff just checked at random?

Depends on who's on duty. Sometime you can find a hole in the system, and a full metal gun will be let though. But 99% of the time, the border patrol seize whatever they want.
