BBs rolling out in M9

Hello, when i pull the slide and let it go to load the BB, the BB loads but rolls out as if there isnt an inner barrel inside or something. Its a KJW M9. I have TM M9 and it works fine. I did a bit of comparison and for the TM M9, the BB sits just on the start of the barrel nicely, waiting to be shot. Whereas in the KJW, the BB rolls right out.

P.s they both have inner barrels so thats not the problem.

But ya, your problem is that your hop up rubber isn't engaging to block the BB from rolling out.

What you need to do is take out the Hop up unit and there should be a spring on top of the hop up unit that pushes down on the hop up rubber.

Try to make it push down more by shoving down something inside there, like tissues, pieces of metal, paper, whatever would work.

The hopup is adjustable on my KJW M9. I've had that same problem. Remove the slide, inset the proper allen key in the hole under the chamber. Simple as that.

really what model? All the ones I've ever seen are fixed hop up. I would dig to have an M9 with adjustable hop up!

Just a standard KJW M9. Nothing special about it. Definitely an adjustable hopup.

Yea.. Mine's adjustable too, but it doesnt need a key. I just tighten or loosen the screw on the inner barrel attached to the outerbarrel.

I hear the new generation of KJW M9s are TM clones, whereas the older ones aren't. I suspect you have one of the newer ones, whereas mine is about 2 years old.

Thats probably true. Other than that, they look exactly the same.

Externally, they all look alike. The old KJW had some TM compatible parts. The slide, springs, and a few other internals were, but they had a completely different inner barrel and hopup unit.

Then KJW probably doesnt have replacement parts for the inner barrel and hop up unit anymore.
