Matrix Tactical Systems Facemask (modded)
I got a new facemask today and just finished the mods, paint and padding. Thought I would post a few pics.
The mask is made by Matrix Tactical Systems, and I got it from Evike.com [IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG] Go look at the masks on Evike.com website to see what it looked like to start with. I got the Navy Seals one, but color as you can see is now changed to black Mods were: - cut down forehead. (was way too high) - file/dremel edges around eyes - fill (with auto body filler *bondo*) vent holes on jawline and chin. - fill and re-cut slots for head strap. - sand and repaint - repad with a thinner, firmer foam padding. Now I can wear a boonie hat, or ballcap, or helmet, with no issues with fitting with the mask. I am really pleased with how it turned out.

goggles fit good, I don't know what fogging will be like yet though. Vision is good.
I could put my Oakley M frames(heater lense) on over the mask. But I will need a strap on the arms so the glasses don't move when running around.
