Battery connector types

I have many batteries with connectors that include a circle and a square, however I just received an AUG with a Deans connector.
  1. What is the circle/square connector called? (TAMs?)
  2. Are there any adapters from Deans to the circle/square?
  3. If not, where can I buy a Deans battery + charger? I've searched around and called stores, no one has those
  4. Does anyone have a Deans mini battery and charger to sell?

The connectors with a circle and a square are tamiya connectors. There are two sizes of this type of adapter.

You can probably buy an adapter but its easiest to just make your own. Buy some connectors off of ebay.

Same goes for the battery charger. Just make your own adapter. For the tamiya connector round = positive. For the Deans connector hold it so the two soldering points are in a 'T'. The horizontal bar is the positive on this connector.

Or if you really do not want to make your own adapter. Here you go.

Thanks a lot, I appreciate it! I'm going to go with an adapter and use my current batteries/chargers.
