mechbox jaming after two shots?

for some reasone my metal mechbox in a both elephant AUG (i know its a crappy gun but i still want it to work) keeps jaming after 2-3 shots then i have to pull the locking lever on one of the gears to take the tension out of the box.

is there a zero point which i must set the gears back to so the time isnt off or what could be causing this?
so far i have confermed that it is not the battery or the motor but it is infact a problem in the box its self

since i got it has always been like this (broken)
but i just busted apart the box and found that nothing is broken in side and everything is well gressed and ect

is there something i can do to fix this?

No such thing as gear timing. Either motor has dead spot or battery is too weak to move spring if it is already cocked most of the way back. (not just dead battery but too low of mah)

what do you mean by "jamming" is the motor still want to move the gears or there is just nothing happening??? if nothing is happening it's maybe a selector plate or cutoff lever malfunction.

the gun will fire 2 or 3 shots then it would just stop firing after that like its jammed

once i pull back the locking lever inside the gearbox threw where the motor is it releases the tension on all the gears
then i try again and the same thing will happen.. a few strong shots then jam again

im using nicd 9.6v 1000mah batterys
my factory battery was a 1200 but it was doing the exact same thing
i tried looking for some batterys with a higher millamp but i couldint find anything else that would fit the aug

seriously i dont know... maybe a serious shimming issue...

edit: try playing with the motor height maybe the motor is pushed too high on the bevel gear

played with the motor placment but dint help at all
took the box apart again. each gear has a XYT marking on them (three gears)
is there any significance to the placing of these or are these just a branding
hmmm i really dont know what to do next
could the spring be to stiff for this gun? (they might have screwed it up back in china at the factory?)
seems pritty stiff
but the gun can compress this spring
i just dont know why it stops after 3-4 shots
all the power switchs and everything seem to be fine to
hmmmm

k well i fixed it but the gun is being vary disapointing and im no longer going to bother with it
plus a mp5 that i have blew a piston
so i guess il just part out this shitty aug's box internals to fix my mp5

are all v2 gearboxes interchangable as in gears and parts wise besides the major things?

i have both gearboxes in front of me and they look basicly the same (internaly)

should i be fine to swap chinasoft parts into my korisoft box? (BE to acadamy?)

yeah there both shit guns i know i know
il get a quality one soon
