Wiring Problem?

My new KWA G36c will not cycle at all when i try to shoot? Iv already used it once and it was working fine, but last time i checked it, it wouldnt fire. I would hear the gears trying to move but nothing would happen. After pulling the trigger a few times a went to unplug the battery and it was HOT, like it almost burnt me, i also touched the connecter and it was also really hot :S

Please tell me what could be going on?

Just a guess, but have you tried recharging your battery? A weak battery can do that if it doesn't have enough juice. That would be the first thing I'd check.

It's not wiring unless you melted your wires after it wouldn't cycle. As Crunch said, recharge your battery. A weak one can't fully cycle a mechbox and by trying a lot you increased the current the motor tried to draw, thus heating it all up. You're lucky you didn't blow your fuse. Next time, don't keep trying when your mechbox isn't cycling. Get a fresh one and use that to cycle it. If it STILL doesn't cycle there are potentially more serious issues.

caused by:

-poor motor height adjustment
-Crushed/torn wires somewhere(So only a few wires are carrying the entire electic load)
-Too much amperage(what battery?)
-Bad shimming
-Hard spring

General bottom line is that the battery is having trouble trying to work the gun.

First of all KWA does not have shims, and the battery is crap so there isnt too much amps.. and the spring is only an m120. My friend is using the same battery and it can pull his m120.. so idk whats wrong. lol

I once had one of those el cheapo chinese battery that didn't work at all on one of my Classic Army's AEG, but did work on another older Classic Army I had, so even if the battery works on your friend's Kwa M4, it might still not work on yours, so I'd suggest you to just get a better battery and check that first before doing anything else, so that you can rule that problem out if battery is not the issue.
