Listen Only earpiece

I have a listen earpiece similar to this, though recently, its stopped producing sound. The problem seems to be that there is something wrong with the acoustics tube (The clear part), as its blocking sound from going through it. The speaker still produces sound.

I've had it for about a year, its the first (listen only) earpiece I've ever owned. Is this a common issue with acoustic tubes? I see that some companies (but not the one I purchased from) sell replacement tubes. Otherwise--Is there a way to fix my broken acc. tube?
