Please tell me too, my Kraken's semi-auto has never really worked.

As for taking it apart, I've seen the vid on mechbox.com for taking it apart once and I took it apart from memory (for me that was amazing as I have the shittiest memory + I'm a airsoft noob).

EDIT: KNIVEZS, if you can I suggest trading it in for a new one.

Are you using the battery that came with it?

If you are... Don't. My Kraken's battery killed its self after 2 charges.

Try a different battery, then see if your selector plate swivle is linked properly, and your semi-full plate is aligned properly.
