Remove the covers on the windage, and elevation screws, and adjust as needed. Try to adjust at 50-90 meters. (applies to aimpoints)

Do you have any pictures? Is the aimpoint not mounted properly due to the mount or is the aimpoint?

Listen, it's most likely your optics that aren't aligned. They DO NOT come zeroed from the factory.

If you think the problem lies in the mount, then there's not much you can do. Check your AR's rail, and make sure the mount is sitting flush. If it isn't, you can file the receiver to accommodate the mount. If that doesn't work, your mount is rubbish (doubt this)..

Perhaps I dont understand the problem but are you sure the aimpoint scope is supposed to be co-witnessed? I thought the red dot replaced the lining up of the iron sights. Please correct me if I am wrong someone.

...er, yeah. They are supposed to be co-witnessing... BUT!

This is airsoft, so you're not exactly 'fucked'-per se, if your battery dies. But in a real world scenario, it could get you into some stinky shit. Moreover, having your iron sights co-witnessing the target will keep you on track, and in the game..

Oh I get it, he means it's off axis. Looks like it's hanging a bit right of the gun's center, at least compared to the front sight post.

If it's a cheap knockoff mount (like the low quality Chinese ones from eBay) it could be the mount.

If not it could be the receiver (I had a DBOYS metal receiver that needed a lot of dremelling).

Also make certain your barrel is mounted straight, and it's bending slightly to the left.

Sight in your rifle with the RDS...try to ignore the front A sight...

Then loosen the tiny little set screw under the A frame front sight and lean it right or left to get it as close to vertical alignment with the red dot. Tighten the set screw.

Anyways, to co-witness your sights...you've got to have a rear iron sight...which you don't mention if you have or not.

If you do have a rear sight, flip up the rear iron sight and do the following:

If the elevation is off, you can adjust the post in the front sight by screwing the post in or out (to lower it down or raise it up respectively). Right/left adjustment is usually done on the rear sight.

That should get your red dot as much as possible lined up with the front sight. If it's not perfect, you may have to switch mounts to a low mount if you absolutely need to have the two lined up on top of each other.

This is airsoft...not real steel combat...

LASTLY...if your spelling and grammar were better, and if you put a little time into descriptively conveying your issue/problem...YOU WOULDN'T GET FUSTRATED AND HAVE TO RESORT TO TYPING EVERYTHING IN F*CKING CAPITALS, WHICH IS F*CKING ANNOYING WHEN TRYING TO HELP SOMEONE...

***edit...nasty bit is from absence of coffee from my system...situation resolved...***

Hope that sorts you out,

Tys

This is why you can't go wrong with KA, or GP.

Personally, I'd go with LaRue, but... to each his/her own.
