TM Mp5 possible Jam/Other Issue

I just received my mp5 (bought it off of the aeg forum). I put a few bb's into the realcap mag that I received with it and attempted for fire some on the full auto setting. Immediately I hear a loud high pitched whine (scream like) that is constant. I let off the trigger and I'm pretty sure something internally is wrong with the gun.

I broke out a flashlight (as I did not receive the cleaning rod) and looked down the barrel and there does not appear to be any BB's inside the gun as they all fell out when I removed the clip.

Does this sound like a jam or something wrong with the gearing?

Sounds like maybe a gear problem (shimming) or a jam(spring and piston) and the motor can't turn the gears.

High-pitched whine? Are there any accompanying grinding and/or whirling noises?

Could be many things but that sounds like the motor is sitting too low or too high.
Try using a small allen key on the screw on the bottom of your handle.
Very common problem with mp5s. If it connects, the gun should start cycling right away. From there, adjust the screw up or down until it is firing at its quietest.
If it's not a motor adjustment problem then you have something stripped inside.
Who did you buy it from?

Ya my guess is the motor hight. Also try to shim the bevel gear in such a way that it sits tighter against the pinion gear(the one on the motor). I had the same problem with my MP5
