Flightsuit (CWU-27/P) sizing, WTF?
I was looking at CWU-27/P (USMC/US Army) flight suits, but I don't get how sizing works on these.
When I worked at the surplus the CF aviator suits had normal NATO style sizing (e.i., 6840 == 68" tall, 40" chest). But these have single numbers with a letter, for example 44R. I'm getting that the letter is Short/Regular/Long (##S, ##R, ##L), I'm guessing same as BDUs... but not what the number is supposed to represent. Chest size?

Ya 44R would mean a 44" Chest size with Regular length inseam 32" I believe and regular length cuffs.
