Parts/Accessories made in china

Most of the airsoft parts/accessories are made in china. And china has a few very good airsoft parts manufactueres that are unkown outside china and manufacture high-quality airsoft parts( Not OEM products ).

Now we bring them to players in US/Canada. Check them out here.
www.dragonredairsoft.com.

Also I have posted a few products in Classifieds so you can have a look.

Straight from your website; "Dear canadian customers, we are sorry that we currently can't ship within Canada yet. However we can ship products to Canada from our inventory located in US. Once we setup our inventory inside Canada, you will be able to shop on Canadia site and save shipping cost and time. So stay tune! Go to US site"

Please check our laws.

Hi Greylocks
Thx for you reminding. I checked your FAQ regarding importing airsoft products into canada. From my understanding, it is ok to import airsoft parts like magazines, springs, scopes etc. Have I missed anything?

thx

Grey, you could like, just walk away from the computer sometimes ya know? I have to call you on this one;

There is not one product on their US site that is prohibited. It's just mags, external accessories and internals.

Please stop spreading misinformation regarding importation of non-prohibited items - posting your "version of the truth" 100 times a day won't make it so.

I suggest you read the following FAQ;

http://www.airsoftcanada.com/showthread.php?t=23191

Huang - You have some interesting products on your site, nice to see an overseas retailer taking an interest in our small market.

I quoted directly from his site, which causes a conflict with what he proposes. Their documentation, not mine.

To those who dont like me, I hope you have checked how Customs behaves no matter what is getting imported. If it's legal to import, why wont that company ship to Canada? (Their policies, I'm not inventing anything)

There's an issue to be resolved here, and I pointed it out. If he can ship to Canada, he should change his website's statements. If not, we are being asked to gamble.

Of course, everyone has the right to gamble with their money. Have fun.

Just out of curiosity Grey..when was the last time you actually ordered something from an overseas retailer. If you took the time to peruse his site you would have seen not one prohibited item. Regardless of what people think of your posting habits you should have taken the time to dig a little deeper into this one. I did not see one thing on his site that I have not personally purchased from HK and the US. Also alot can be lost in translation when people who are not native english speakers and try to convey their thoughts on a board such as this or even their own website. If he was selling guns and metal bodies etc I would have agreed with you 110% but this time you hit a foul mate. Just my 0.0002 cents worth.

I looked at his website, and I did not question the legality of anything he's selling. Read my post again. The statements on the website do not match his proposal. If that does not raise a question in your minds, so be it.

I quoted, directly from his site, what I had a question about. By checking our laws, I meant those enforced by Customs. We all know how fickle that is.

And I order anything I want from Canadian Retailers for one simple reason; I will get what I want, guaranteed. How about you?

Haven't lost anything...I don't order restricted items. Simple. Why then did you tell him to check our laws..you implied he was offering Illegal or restricted items. But im not going to get into a pissing match about semantics. I think I got the gist of your post fine along with the others that posted here.

Again, I am NOT discussing the legalities of what he has for sale. Click on his URL, then click on the Canadian flag. Read what that says.

Canada Customs has been known to seize supposedly non-restricted items before. Those times were even posted in these forums. I'm not inventing anything here.

My question is simple; if he wants to get canadian customers, why does his website say what I copied over?

I did NOT create that website, I just read it and brought what I found here. How about you guys step back from hating me long enough to read the company's site?

If he can send his stuff to Canada, why write the disclaimer that he cant? How can it be done only partially? It's a very unclear statement to make.

I think someone misunderstood Greylock.. he just pointed out the message you get on their canadian site and reminds Huang to check our Country laws regarding airsoft parts.

I would like to add this link just as non-official information Airsoft importation and You

Complete MRE front is legal to import?

I used to live and play in toronto area. Now I live in guangdong, china , where most of the airsoft products in the world are manufactured. When I move back to canada sometime this year, I would like to bring more products( parts only though ) to US/Canada.

Some of the stuff looks good, but isn't very impressive in terms of price. It's only a bit cheaper than the "brand name" counterparts.

thx for you advice. we may adjust the price and starts a opening sales soon while we are still caculating our cost. As a start, we have put some products on ebay at only half of our list price, including CASV, ACOG reddot/Aimpoint redot etc.
