WE Hi-Capa 5.1 Cocking Problem

Im having a problem with my hi-capa, I opened it up for maintenance to find out why its not staying cocked, i think its gotta do with something with the three prong thing in the handle of the gun not lineing up, # 69 in the manual if youve seen it.

actually mine does the same thing, I dunno about yours, but for gas pistols theres always a little pin that gets hit when the slide pulls back that blocks the firing pin and hammer till you release the trigger, in my case, my firing pin has become stuck in (most likely the same problem your having) so in effect becauseits locked in fire mode, with the trigger break stuck, you can put a mag in and cock the slide and blow a whole mag which actually is pretty funny to show off, butanyway, since I cant find my little metric key set I cant fully disassemble my gun and thus cant see if its correctible without new parts,

its a long spiel but I hope that in somewhat it helps if nothing more than to show you your not the only one with that problem( though one remedy would be to buy a tm 5.1 or 4.3 (whicher one you bought) and just graft the metal slide onto it lol then you can either look at it as a $350 fix or a $200 slide kit :P anywya best of luck getting your problem fixed

Thanks for the help, I actually found out what was causing the problem, the three prong thing, I was not alineing up properly. I was not putting one of the prong the part that keeps it cocked. So works great now
