AI Cyclone Grenade parts and issues

While ago I used the cyclone grenade in a game. First time using it.
I did not close the bottom cap properly, and when I threw the grenade the bottom cap went flying. Was able to retrieve it.
Later at night I saw that the O ring for the grenade is missing.
Figured it was long gone. So yeah lost the o ring first throw first game.

So the question is.... Where would i be able to get an O ring for the cyclone grenade. AND HOW DO YOU CLOSE THE CAP!!! It never stays on!! Is it just me or are others experiencing the same problem with the bottom cap.
Any tips and guidance is much appreciated.

You can email Airsoft innovations on their website they are usually really good at replacement parts.

The instructions for the end cap are in the box. The first few times its pretty hard to get on right, but after that its fine. I can load all of mine pretty quick now.

Thanks amano. I miss our days at TTAC and getting shot in the forehead.

Sigh, every product has it's worst feature and the end cap is our worst feature. While dump reload is a great feature, that lug ring assembly is a wierd one for users to figure out.

Anyways I hope this video helps:
