refracting prism for optics.... ---Looking for name of product
I saw this thing a couple years back a prism that attaches to a optic that allows you to see around a corner by sticking your gun out, OR have an instructor look through the prism and see what you are looking at as well.
What is this thingy called, and I know they made a Chinese airsoft clone, I'm looking for one for a project. |

The most common one is the Element one ("Angle Sight")
http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/element-a...l#.VUYgJ_lB_0M although there is a proper clone of the Aimpoint model http://www.ebairsoft.com/rail-angle-sight-p-6403.html If I recall past discussions about them correctly, they have a very small/narrow field of view -- made even worse if the anglemathingy doesn't line up perfectly with your optics -- and are often banned from games since they're considered blind fire (you're looking down the optics but can't see what the actual muzzle is pointed at, i.e. the muzzle could be point blank on top of someone's head which would be below the optic's LOS which is higher than the barrel)

Thanks guys
My project is to take this thing apart for the prism, and 3D print an adaptor for a GOPRO. Then use the prism to mount to my PVS 14 or optic to record video. I saw something from TNVC from SHOT 2015 about a real product but they are asking 500+ for it |
