AGM M4 Gbbr 5KU Fitment Issues
Hi there, I have a 5ku npas nozzle that is installed on my AGM M4 Bolt but as soon as a rack the charging handle and pull the trigger the gun fires with an incomplete cycle. The charging handle is also very stiff when I pull it back. It seems that the nozzle is getting stuck somewhere ( maybe near the hop-up) but I am not sure where to sand. If I lightly rack the gun the bolt will not be in full battery. There is almost a few centimeters of space near the ejection port. I should of invested in a better nozzle, but I just wanted the gun to work again.
Thanks in advance Last edited by Kungpow; December 25th, 2014 at 04:32.. |

As in firing without pulling the trigger? The nozzle can't do that, its trigger related, the hammer not locking correctly could explain the symptoms and if it stays up, why the bolt is hard to rack. Having difficulties racking the bolt can be a lot of things, try without a magazine in, the nozzle might not clear the gas route. Does the bolt and charging handle move easily with the upper and lower separated?

Has anyone had any experience with the 5KU Npas Nozzle?

Well I sanded down the nozzle so it wont get stuck. However when I tried the Npas, I only get 3 incomplete cycles before it spews gas. I also adjusted the Npas from low to high and high to low.
