Question KWA USP Full Size (NS2) venting gas when fired

Hello, I just bought a brand new KWA USP last week and after a few hours of shooting in the range, it suddenly started to vent gas everytime I pull the trigger. I noticed too that after that problem started, the mags became cold to touch. This is my first time owning a GBB, especially a KWA pistol so I'm worried and also disappointed.

Any help would be appreciated.
