Range of Puxing 888-D?
As the title states, does anyone know what the range of the Puxing 888-D is?
I looked at some websites, but they say like 5 km.... for such a touted radio in the airsoft community I would think it would have more range then a blister pack radio that advertises ranges of over 50km....

Pretty much every Airsoft field there is around here is less than 1km end to end. I have used blister pack radios to transmit for 10 k before, but I was on a mountain at the time.. With unobstructed line of sight. You may get a signal from a blister PAC radio for a very long distance but a readable transmission is another thing altogether.

So a solid transmission of 5km... so then I guess it can be longer if you have an unobstructed LoS?
Thanks!
