Ordering Overseas

Hey I got a quick question, I'm planning on ordering a A&K Winchester 1892 gas Rifle from WGC and had a question of it being legal in Canada. Now I know the law states it has to be 366-500fps to be condsidered an uncontrolled firearm or something like that, and this gun shoots 310-370 fps. Would they let it in or no because of the range it shoots? Really wanna get this gun! And don't want to get it held up at the border! If anyone could help me out that would be awesome!! Thanks!!

My only option: don't buy it.

Almost pretty sure it's gonna be held because it's a replica. Check for some canadian retailer, by memory i saw once an gas powered winchester.

If you get Age verified, some people here can give you better information where to find them, or maybe they have one to sell. (I don't know i'm not AV myself)

It's recommended you never order out of country. Tends to get stopped at the boarder 99% and now your out a gun and cash. Once you get AV'd you can see people selling items and some retailers.

I'm confirming there's a sitel in canada that sell it (but it's bravo who make it), but I'm not allowed to tell because your not AV. I can only say that you just need to search a little bit and you can find it.

But the the guns shot to hot for you to use it on fields (it's written 470 fps) plus the replacement parts may be a pain in the neck to find. In my opinion, you should go with something more basic and verifie thats it's under 400fps.

It should get seized with that velocity
There's some retailers that sells 1892 rifles in-country, more-specifically in the retailer area of that very forum you're reading this.

Just get age-verified and you're good to go!

yeah I saw some canadian sites that sell the KTW spring version but I'll do some digging and im in the process of getting AV'd lol had to delete my other account:/ thanks for your help!
