Dump Pouch - Carrier or Belt?

Need some suggestions.
What are advantages and disadvantages of running them on your belt or PC?

If I don't want too use a belt, it goes on the plate carrier. If I will be using a belt, I'll put the dump pouch on the belt, along with my holster and pistol mags.

Maybe I just have ADD with regards to gear.. can't find one perfect set up.
Same. I just want to get ideas because I run a serpa on the belt, but then I want a clean set up that's light, then one day I want to go heavy.
First world problems....

I haven't put much thought into it, but I personally find it more comfortable to run it on my belt.

Pros for belt:
- Lower on your body, so if you have it on your back side (like I do), you don't have to "chicken wing" your arm up your back to drop a mag in.
- Keeps space open on your carrier. Either keeping the front of your carrier clear to hold more mags, the sides of your carrier clear for tossing your primary to your reaction side when you transition to side arm, or keeping your back clear for a hydro pack, etc.

Pros for plate carrier:
- If it's high enough up, it won't swing around or bang your leg with every step.
- Might be positioned closer to your fresh mags, so there's less movement between dumping a mag, and pulling a new one.

I use a chest rig. I run a smallish dumper right on the front at the bottom in the centre like a groin protector almost. I can reach it easy no mater what hand im shootin with and with the m4 i can literally just eject the empty mag right into the dumper while grabbin a fresh mag with the other hand. Been thinkin of movin it to a drop leg on the left or around back but that would either defeat the ampi use or cause the reach around that takes extra time and also would probably make it hard to keep engaging targets while reaching for it.
The downside is cant get at it so easy when prone then i just leave mags n pic em up after when i stand or kneel.

Pardon my crppy bedroom pic lol

I always wear a belt ( keeps my pants up). So my dump pouch is a drop leg utility pouch. Like a gas mask bag. Doesn't flop and makes mag changes quick. Pistol on the opposite leg with no pouch above for unhindered draw.

I run everything on the vest.

Definite advantage to this is that it's fast to put on and remove all your stuff in one shot this way.

Stuff on the belt eventually gets moved around into weird angles and can get stuck in weird ways under your vest if you dont run a drop leg holster and I hate running with that thing.

I prefer to run it on my belt. It takes up too much real estate being on the vest and unless it was placed very high up it would prevent you from accessing anything on your belt below the dump pouch as well. If you don't have too many other things on belt having it on your side I find the most efficient setup.

Hectic, ever get sacked by empty GBBR mags while running?

Belt for me. Better, consistent location between the different vests I run.

Didnt hop on the gbbr band wagon yet also its a prety stiff pouch and it through 2 molle loops up the rig so it sits away from the umm other pouch a bit and doesnt swing around much add to that itz a small dumper so when not under fire i return empty mags to there mag pouches tho yes id imagine heavy mags like gbbr mags would prolly move the pouch around quite a bit will prolly get a bigger pouch and put it round back or on the left side once i go gbbr.
Got my eye ona we 416 lol

I use a folding dump pouch on my vest. Nicely folded up when not in use.

I run it on my left hip slightly rear so it's out of the way. Right side unobstructed for pisto leg rig, left leg may have a rig on it for p90 mags. Though I recently put them on my vest.
