"Silicone Brake Grease" like Superlube. Napa or other car parts supply spots will have some.

For metal-metal friction, apply synthetic grease on your parts (Ultra Slick is the brand, can be found @ CT)

Everything else that is rubber (O-Rings,Mags, ect.) needs lightweight silicone oil. I personnaly used the one from AI bought on AirsoftParts on both my GBBR and pistol.

Also, as for grease, a thin coat is more than enough. I put grease on the bolt carrier, the inside of the upper, the charging handle and a little bit in the buffer tube with my finger.

Hope this helps out.
