so if you pull on the nozzle it is actually jammed right in there? you'll probably have to disassemble the entire bolt carrier if it is.

I took the nozzle out of the bolt with some great effort, replaced the o-ring and lubed it as much as possible and its still getting stuck, after 1 magazine the nozzle is dry and needs relubing, i even put in a smaller diameter o-ring

Something is not right. does the nozzle look warped or cracked anywhere? The nozzle will dry out quickly, that's normal. propane does that. The oring itself should stay lubed. I use silicone grease instead of silicone oil. Does it get stuck by hand too, or only when the gun shoots?

Loosen the two guide rails screw by half a turn and play with the nozzle.. it will be alright.

These rails are made of a soft plastic and people over torque them all the time, so they warp and jam.

I will try and loosen the screws but one time when i was shooting it one of the screws came completely out, and Ross it gets stuck both by hand and when firing, when i pull back the bolt the nozzle does not move

Well if it gets stuck by hand. The nozzle is most likely warped. try replacing the nozzle.

You know you have to put thread locker on every screw of the gun right? Otherwise it will break itself loose (not that bad on a G36).

If you remove both screws, you should be able to move the nozzle very easily. If not, the nozzle is warped or the bolt is warped (a lot less likely, but I have seen it).

You mean you want to buy an other gun because the one you got was broken by the previous owner...

A NIB, stock G36 is a VERY good gun. I sold mine because I don't like the mags.

And mine had a full RATech kit in it... and worked like shit. I re-installed the stock parts and all was perfect.

I miss my WE G36. The kick on that gun was wonderful. Seeing a misting of propane really added to the shooting experience and was great for making the house stink.

I sold mine because I was concerned about the plastic rails waring down eventually.
