KWA M4 feeding issues. New hop up. No feed

Hello all. Hoping to find some one that can help me out with this new project gun i have started.

The base is a KWA M4 external and internal. THe old hopup was broken, so i replaced it with a Echo 1 one. Put it all togethere correctly. The hop up is set at min, but even before the BB's get to the hopup chamber, it does not feed. Without a mag, i can put a bb in the hole, but for some reason, there needs to be alot of force on the bb to make it passed the lower part of the hopup (kwa 2 piece hopup).

I have tried all kinds of mags, kwa, CA, KA ect... but none of them exerce the force necessary to puch the bb into the hop up chamber. That is why i am sure it has to be where the lower and upper part of the hop up meet.

So here is my questions. Has any one had the same problem, and what did you do to fix it?

The Echo1 hop up is not compatible with the kwa hop up. It is meant for the marui style 2 piece system. You need to get a kwa upper hop up for it to work correctly. It is about $17 if I remember correctly.
