Tavor repair help
Hey guys, so i was recently trying to help my buddy to change the spring on his Tavor. while we were changing the spring the back part of the spring guide broke off, so my question is should he call the retailer back (because it is a new gun) and ask for a new part; or does anyone know where to buy a new spring guide for the Ares Tar 21?

Try ARES Spring Guide for G36 / M4 / SCAR / L1A1 / M14 / UMP AEG ball bearing and fits perfect.
Ares internals on this gun is not the best at all... if you upgraded your spring, most of the chanches that your stock piston will fail in no time if you you haven't change it. Mine did lol!

Ok side question on the piston, im pretty sure the piston is in the rear position at the moment, how would i go about putting the piston in the forward postion without a spring in the gun? Also would a spring guide from a ICS M4 work on the Tavor?

Why are you worried about where the piston is without a spring in the gun?
