Question about hop up

Hey, i received my PDI hop up chamber, madbull tight bore, and a Prometheus red hard hopup bucking for my CA M24. i have been tinkering with it for a little now and cant seem to get it right. i can manage to get it to be where i like it but then after a few shots its almost like the hop up is on upside down, the bb curves downward and to the right. i think it might be the hopup bucking but i cant tell, should i go for a softer one? (shoots around 400FPS) any suggestions?
also can some one give me a reason why it would curve downward?

are you 100% sure your hop up isn't simply unwinding to zero hop? in my (semi-limited) experience when there's zero hop up the bb's usually seem to curve downwards unnaturally quickly somewhat like what you seem to be describing.
ill add that I'm basing this off a gun shooting roughly 380 fps which is somewhat similar in that aspect. if adjusting it so that more hop up fixes the problem then you should secure your hop up mechanism somehow (apologies I'm not familiar with the hop up mechanism on an m24)

hmm its being held down by a o ring that pulls down on the two bars that applys the pressure to the bucking, i cant really see that coming loose. also it come with a small spring you could put in there that also applys presure to it but most people dont use its because its a bitch to get in. maybe i will give that a shot. thanks
