Quality of "TMC" Brand repros?

Hey everyone, long time.

Although I have sold most of my guns and gear off, I am looking at putting together a basic kit to maybe get me out to a couple games a summer.

While poking around on ebairsoft, I stumbled across this.

http://www.ebairsoft.com/force-recon...am-p-3714.html

Does anyone have any experience with this TMC brand gear? It claims to be genuine Multicam cordura, but for the price tag I would find that hard to believe.

Its hard to tell from a photo, but it looks pretty convincing.

Generally I like to stick with real world gear or very high quality repros, but I as I have now entered the world of the "broke student" I really can't drop that kind of cash on a rarely used hobby.

If anyone has any insight, let me know,

Thanks,
Ben

TMC gear brand is really good, if you're the average not intense airsoft, there stuff is nicely made!

(Never tried their multicam fabric yet, but the quality of the gear they make is good!)

Quality of stuff that used to be generic ACM stuff on Ebay Banned was mediocre. Not sure about the "new" products TMC has now, but I sure wasn't impressed with the TMC items I've bought over the past year. Off-spec MOLLE attachments and fragile looking seams.

Just my 2 cents. Things could be different now.

Edit: oh wait, just noticed the bits about "broke student" and "couple games a summer". Probably will be fine for you.

I have one of their PMC suits and it was really good value with no quality issues. Now I must admit I have seen better made gear....but it is good bang for th ebuck and will suit most airsoft purposes.

Thanks to everyone for their input.

In regards to the broke student thing, Last summer I was pretty seriously invested in airsoft, and mostly played with real world quality gear (Eagle, TT, HSGI .ect)

I don't really have the time or money anymore, and I don't expect the same level of quality, I am just wondering if it is garbage.

I will pay the money for a decent clone (Pantac maybe? Flyye?) if I have too, but that TMC stuff actually didn't look to bad, and the price was really appealing.

Keep the info coming guys!

I used to buy a lot of TMC stuff... CIRAS, pouches etc...
they are cheap....and nice...

if you dont need "pro-gear"..they are a good solution...but if youre not...and start to thinl like me...you will sell that, and buy "real" gear...
