Screw in Chamber Block
Not exactly a doctor question...
What's the screw in the chamber block for? Slides into the notch in the body, but can't figure what's it's for.

If you have an aftermarket barrel and ask about the set screw(s) behind the stop ring, theses are there to prevent barrel rotation. Other than that I can't see what you are talking about.
