WE G39 - full auto problem: all gas ejects out of magazine SOLVED

Hi yall,


I spent some time shooting my WE G39 (converted to a fullsized G36, pics will follow) and in semi auto, it really shoots like a dream!
I got nice fps figures: 370-390 fps and the kick is really really hard!

(though I would like to see what evike will offer by the end of this year, on his site he states he will offer a conversion kit to go 500 fps



But I am not happy with the full automatic performance, and I dont really know what can be the problem.
If I start at full auto, so when I enter mag and cock it, than shoot it => I have issues.
If I start at semi auto, than i switch to full auto => I have the same issues.

The issue is, either the gun stops firing (hammer is not engaged) or gun stops + all the gas ejects out of the gun!
Now I have no more gas, mainly due to that!! :banghead:


I dont know why that happens at full auto, but I always find a bb around the valve or feeding area....




PROBLEM SOLVED, SOLUTION:
I used another brand of bb's, I used Cybergun AEG Expert bio bb's (.20g)
The bb's that DIDN'T work in full auto were the G&G .20, http://www.wgcshop.com/wgc2008/main/...item=GG-07-096
So be aware!

Meanwhile I also dissasembled the barrel and hop up unit.
All I can say is its very very very easy to do!! + the system is straight forward in design and damn effective as well!


I did see a lot of silicon lube in the hop up rubber area, but I doubt that it has anything to do with my full auto problem?....
Now that my propane is empty I await my green gas to arrive, so I can do some more tests.
Damn I waisted a lot of gas the last few days :s

Check your nozzle for chopped bbs fragments, mine vent gas but it was due to a tiny piece of chopped bb

At first sight no chopped bb at the nozzle.....did you open yours?

+ if chopped bb cause mag vents, shouldn't i have vents on semi too?
It only happens in full auto, so i think chopped bb are not the issue dude

At single shot the impact force is not as bad as if you are going FA when I take down the nozzle the bb piece was wedge in and I need a very fine screwdriver to scrape it out becuase the continous impact compacted teh fragmentd bb, once cleared I have no issue with FA

That sounds tricky with many springs jumping out...

the take down is going to be a bitch but I was lucky that piece of bb cooperate with the super fine screwdriver or a pick any deeper I would have been in some deep shits all it take was me patiently scraping that plastic out in all with the disassembly it took a good 25 - 30 min and most of it was scraping and figuring out which parts go where (first time taking it down) and unlike the WA or Inokatsu system these WE are idiot proof all it takes is some time, commonsense and patience (which for some reason I have lots today) if that don't work then the issue might be in your trigger group

So you fully took down your nozzle?

I will look into that later on today...
But how/where do you remove the nozzle from the bolt to start?

When all the gas vents out of the mag, this is where the jammed bb sits.


I dunno if that bb causes the venting, but there is always a jammed bb at that spot

no, but these are one of the better quality make bb's....G&G .20

My only other brand are the bio degradable ones from Cybergun, they are lesser quality than the KSC.


And just to make sure, but does the nozzle tip looks with everyone like this?


its not 100% round (like the top red circle), but at the top its more flat....(like in the bottom red circle)
I think its normal, but I just wanna check

I and I thought those bio bb's of "lesser" quality (I think that because those G&G ones had a very good rep) wouldnt make any difference....BUT NOO


I could shoot FULL AUTO with my Cybergun AEG Expert .20 bio bb's!!!
I was out of options so, I tought to myself, well why dont I just try it with those bb's

The difference between the G&G and the Cybergun bio other than the fact that its bio, is also that the Cyberguns have much more texture....would that explain why the WE G39 "accepts" those bb's in full auto?

Looks like the loading nozzle might be deformed ever so slightly!

Lol but you dont have a WE G39, you cant possibly know how it looks..

it sure looks strange that its not 100% round, but at the same time it doesnt look deformed I must say, it like the design of it, but I am not sure...
