These are not available in Canada. You must either Have them purchased for you in the states and shipped up here or go there yourself to buy them. They are not available for export.
On another note these are by far the best Hiker boot I have owned to date.

Actually, you can get these shipped from the United States from the following on-line retailer. Yes, they do make it here and the store knows nothing about any export law regarding them.
I know two people that have ordered from here and received there boots. I also just ordered a pair myself. http://www.shoe-store.net/merrell-sawtooth-mens

Actually it's not a law it's an export restriction imposed by Merrell themselves for tax purposes as it was explained to me by Merrell Canada. If you can buy them direct now it's a new thing. Good stuff.

Yeah, my friends both ordered them about a week ago and received them this week.
The company apparently is one of the few that ships them to Canada. Maybe they have some kind of deal worked out with Merrell or something.

Looks like a great boot. I will be in D.C. in a couple weeks and will definitely check them out.

This boot has exceeded all my expectations of it. It's super comfy and the traction is second to none. There's a reason it's the boot of choice for quite a few spec ops units.

For anyone in the NCR/Gat/Montreal/Thousand Islands region, if you hit up a "Tru Value" store across the border they always stock Merrel's full line. I picked up a pair of Continum's a few years back from Ogdensburg.

Merrell sizing is constant through out all their boots? So I should be able to size up with any comparable mid top hiker? Then when my family goes to the States in a couple weeks they can pick me up a pair. Sound about right guys?

I just got some intercepts and they felt way different in the same sizes vs. moabs so if you're a half size one way or the other you might change between models.

No No it has nothing to do directly with the Government. Believe it or not the laws surrounding the trade of shoes and boots across the US Canada border is very intricate. Merrell does not sell it's entire collection in Canada. Thats it..it has nothing to do with these being super boots used by spec ops operators. Just good old NAFTA.

Really that's balls I guess I'll be just cross my fingers. Do they stretch out at all? That would give a little more freedom on sizing.

Go a 1/2 size larger and you should be just fine.
