VSR-10:New NEO Piston Problem

Hi! I've just ordered a laylax NEO piston and a spring guide stopper. I received it today and when I tried it, the bolt pull was scratchy and the push was hard to push. I tried to put back the stock piston and it was working fine! Help anyone know the problem?

I was thinking it may have been your spring is not aligned properly and that it's rubbing against the side of the cylinder causing a hard bolt pull/push. However, that shouldn't happen if you didn't have an issue with the stock piston in and I may be wrong as I've never owned a neo piston.

You notice any damage done to the spring, guide, piston, or sears?
