Sounds like either the piston rack gear is stripped or the sector gear, since you say the gears are still moving, it explains the multiple bb's due to the sector gear moving the tappet plate.

So you'll have to get that gearbox opened again.

anything by prometheus, modify or guarder will serve you just fine. assuming that the gears are fine, this is what id get if i was on a budget:

MASK Piston head
Modify Cylinder Head
Sorbo Pad
Modify Spring Guide
Modify Air nozzle
Metal bushings
If you need a new tappet plate, see if you can find one by the previously mentioned companies
(if you have more $$$ to spend, replace the modify stuff with Prometheus and you're golden)

If the gears are busted:
Modify gear set (they come pre-shimmed and everything, just a drop in replacement)

If i forgot anything, someone please say so. It feels like i did, but i just cant think of what.

Yup that sounds like stripped gears or a stripped piston. [This was in reference to the video that used to be in the first post]

Your piston head could have come off your piston...

I had something like that happen to me before... and the gun was shooting alot like what yours is doing.
