removing stripped screw

i need some help removing a stripped screw from a v2 mechbox.
everything i have tried hasn't worked anyone have any suggestions
on how to remove it with out damaging the mechbox.

Dremel the screw so you can use a flat blade to take it out or you can go to a hardware store and pick up a stripped screw removal kit for about 20 bucks.
