Dismantling a springer shotgun : Double Eagle M4 or anything similar

Hello,

I used my new Double Eagle M4 (M1014) yesterday and at the end of the day it "broke". BBs are loaded in the tubes but when I pull the trigger I get a lot of resistance. i also cannot cock the shotgun either. The handle is blocked in position.

I am trying to find out what is wrong with it and want a video or instructions on how to dismantle such a shotgun. I think it is some kind of clone of the Marui M3 Super 90.

Anybody knows videos or instructions that could help me?

Best I could find so far. I also have the same shotty and need to disassemble it. Mine double-feeds all the time. Nice spread, but poor range and velocity...

I hate to say it but your shotgun is fucked...

This happens to the Marui ones too... but DE decided to use even shittier plastic. It sounds like BB's were loaded in and they bent / cracked the loading nozzles...

There are replacement parts... but they're hard as hell to find.

Best of luck to you!

Thanks Crunchmeister! That really helped.

I managed to dismantle almost all of it and found the problem : the part of the piston that gets pushed back when you pump broke and pieces of plastic stuck the mechanism.

I also found a replacement piston for a good price. All seems fine.

Problem is : I can't reach the piston. I can't seem to remove the pistol grip. I took of all the screws I can see but I don't know if I should pull hard, in which direction, etc... Without removing the pistol grip, I can't split open the "gear box".

This is the gun I have :

If anybody has an idea...
