TM SIG 552 Grip
I took the grip of my gun and now it wont go back on it appears that the screws are not gripping the frame. I don't know what to do. I put the screws in turn them and they just keep turning. I think maybe the previous owner as i bought it used striped the screws.

I think it also could be were the grip screws meet the bottom of the gear box if anyone knows were i can get replacement screws or the bottom of the gearbox part as it looks like it comes off that would be great

Unfortunately the same thing happened to me. It is EXTREMELY difficult to find the bracket that attaches to the bottom of the mechbox. I ended up having to buy a junker from Japan and have the internals shipped over.

do you think it would just be easier to but a new version 3 mech box shell. or do the version3 not come with the part?

The specific part you are looking for does not come with any standard ver.3 shell. It's a part specific to the sig552. I have examined the parts diagram and the bracket that you need does not have a specific part number, it's bundled up in the 552 gearbox.
You may want to contact Tirador. He's in japan and may be able to talk to the TM parts people to see if he can get it for you. He has sourced out some really obscure stuff for me in the last few months. It's a bit of a long shot, but worth a try.
