and now for the big bump i got a gurder steel mag catch and well it was a bitch required a bit of work to the frame nothing major just snading down a nub to size about removing 2mm of each side i will put up a step by step guide in a bit need to take pictures but it was worth it in the end now i have a full metal set up!!
