Yes.
R Nichols is still the exclusive dealer for them. You will find other dealers who carry them though.

Safariland is one of the leading Kydex holster manufacturers, and are in high demand. Unfortunately you can't go through Safariland direct, but a dealer. Fortunately I'm located next to a local supplier of LE/Military equipment that is a dealer of Safariland holsters.
I was able to order a 6005 for my Springfield XD 45 Compact w/ TLR2 attached, as I was looking for a "tacticool" holster that could accommodate my laser/light combo with my XD. After using the SERPA for awhile and then switching to Safariland's ALS system, I am a big fan. The felt lining is a big plus for those looking to protect their firearm's finish. Unfortunately I don't know much about gear with regard to Canada, what dealers to trust. But here state side, LAPolicegear, and Copsplus are good websites that sell the Safariland 6004/6005 series. It might be backordered/special order, I know mine took 3 months to get squared away. http://www.copsplus.com/prodnum1613.php
