MY 1911 [56k...go away]

Well hello there,

Today i went to the range with my parents, shot all morning until around a little after 1300 hours, didnt shoot much, but it was worth it, did rather nice groups, wasnt looking for that, was practicing my rapid fire. anyways, we came back and did the little routine clean up of 'em all.

cleaned my Springfield 1911 GI.45 and oiled it nicely, and decided, that, Mmm...she looks sexy in the sunshine, so took a few pics.

Now, she is a RS, and this is an airsoft forum, but this is still the media section.

here is my little beast.

How much did she run yer parents? She's a beaut. A little too classic for me, but a beaut nonetheless.

I'm still waiting on my license, but can't wait to grab a .45 of my own.

got her from wolverines at christmas. I wanted a classic 1911 with the nice litte US grips.

she's mine, and will be transfered to me when i get all licenses.

getting some more mags for her soon, also thinking about a nice little holster, im not sure what yet, black or the brown leather holster, US or USMC...probably US in brown, not sure yet.
