KJ M9 Elite IA Farewell Gallery

KJ M9 Railed Elite IA black/Silver version with straight, hogue grips.

Been a great workhorse gun for ages. All metal, works without complaints. Sold a few days ago...

As the current owner, it really is a beautiful weapon.

My KJW M9 is be far my favorite pistol. People can bitch about KJ being "cheap" because they're made of pot metal, but my stock M9 will outperform all my other guns, including my upgraded ones. I've been trying to upgrade my other pistols to get them to perform as well as my M9, but still to no avail.

There are a few versions of the KJ m9 that are really shoddy. The metal (besides being pot metal) is paper thin and prone to fractures. Those gray body KJ m9's are light and flimsy, easily broken. The thinnest part of the outer barrel is close to 1mm thick.

This particular version of the M9 seems to be on an entirely different class. It's actually quite hefty, the outer barrel is like 1/3 cm thick. Super reliable. Shoots hard, works even in winter, and you can beat someone to death with it. Accuracy is only decent, but makes up for it in it's reliability and cycle speed.

I'll be taking it out to TAC tonight for the bunny hunt. It should be a blast. Again, thanks so much. Feel safe that your baby has a good home.

My M9 feels like I'm holding a brick. The metal is nice and thick and the whole gun feels very solid. In terms of accuracy, it's quite decent too. My Glock 17 + tightbore is more accurate, but not by a whole lot. If I could find a tightbore to fit my M9, I'm pretty sure that problem would be solved. and "problem" is relative here, as I don't see the gun as being inaccurate in any way, even at a distance. I can very easily reach out and touch a man-size target at fair ranges with it.
