SPR Project - Lots of pictures
First off, I'd like to say that I'm from Sweden and my english is far from flawless, so bare with me on the spelling and grammar.
Thought I'd show of some of the pictures taking while making my M16 SPR. First thing I wanted was a silencer for it, so I thought Id make one myself. These drawings aren't the final product though, it ended up beeing 42mm in diameter isntead of the usual 38mm. Drawings made in IronCAD And off to the workshop, not quite sure what the english word for it is, but could it be Lathe ? Final product And with a fresh coat of paint, how it was done will be shown further down. I also did a slight modification on one of the RIS covers to make the grip more comfortable Silencer and RIS covers, the scope is a Mojji Elite Killer 3-9x40 with a KA mount New triggerguard and pistolgrip Second time painting, will be a third. Not happy with the outcome. The tape I used to get the pattern on the painting And ze grand finale, an almost completed SPR with some minor things left to do. Hope you liked it ! |

cool stuff, this is another reason why airsoft is so awesome, it lets you be creative as well with your own projects
however, i would never be able to do something like this since i would probably do everything all wrong good job

TCSF-Bowers - The gun started as a G&P SPR/A ( http://www.gp-web.com/en/productspop.php?pid=1042 )
Most internal parts have been replaced to systems or simular and the innerbarrel is a prometheus. Currently at M120 but I've got a M150 spring waiting to be put in. Cassius - The silencer itself is made from aluminium, I dont have a scale so I cant tell you the weight of it but I wouldnt say it's heavy. The gun itself just feel quite sturdy. Thanks for the comments everyone! |
