Put a full (of BBs) mag in the gun, then cycle the slide a bunch of times. If it's a feeding problem, you won't have any BBs falling out the barrel. If BBs are falling out from racking the slide a ahlf dozen times, then the problem is elsewhere (like, did you fill the mag by holding it upside down as well as the duster can upside down?)

Cycle the slide means pull it back all the way and let it snap forward

Might be that it's half-cycling. A more common problem in winter, the slide doesnt blow all the way back and doesn't load any BBs. I've seen this in a few GBBs; get some white lithium grease (someone please suggest something better if you know of a better grease), and put a light coat in all the places the slide contacts the body, I find a fine detail paintbrush works best. Don't over grease it because a small amount is all you need!

Only thing to put forward, since it's a Western Arms GBB, they are venerable to propane use, are only made for duster (hence my mentioning only duster in my reply, I assumed you either read into that fact, or you had it upgraded as needed to run propane without fucking the gun up.)

Better grease for GBBs is GunSlick's Annhydrous Graphite Lube, small tube for $1.45 at Le Baron (there are two in Toronto), I use if for 95% of my airsoft grease jobs. You'll find it in the Gun Shop of Le Baron.
