Double Eagle UMP
FINALLY got my paws on a UMP! This is my new toy, the Double Eagle UMP. It's a full replica of the G&G and the feel is on par with it too! Mags are even compatible. Thing is solid as a brick shit house and heavy as hell too! Shoots a consistent 340FPS and is pretty darn accurate too (2 inch groupings at 50 feet). Let me know what you guys think. I'm looking to throw some kind of red dot scope on top, but not something huge and ugly looking. I'll update with photo's of that when I find one I like. In the mean time, thanks, amano, for sellin' her to me! She's a beaut! Enjoy the photo's.

Looks like a fine gun. Wouldn't mind getting one like that for my collection. However, just a word of caution on DE. It looks pretty beefy and solid, but so did my Double Eagle AK47. It was dropped from about 12 inches and the stock broke off taking part of the body with it. The parts just shattered into dozens of small bits like they were made of glass. I'd take really good care of that thing if I were you, because DE apparently uses the same very brittle plastic in all their guns. Feels very hard, solid, and heavy, but snaps very easily.
In terms of performance though, even broken, my DE shoots like a mofo. Great rate of fire and excellent accuracy. It may be considered low end, but I reallu like the gun a lot. Too bad the body and stock aren't completely TM compatible. I may eventually get a TM body and stock kit and see if I can give it another lease on life. It was my first AEG, and I still like it.

If I remember the story correctly, and forgive me if I don't, we sat around talking for almost two hours last night and he told me a lot of stories, he bought it from Hojo just before ASCA closed down for good!

And thanks for the input crunchmeister, I'll take good care of her. I'm very gentle with my guns, even the ones I game. I can't wait to start rackin' up kills with her. She shoots hard and accurate and is impressively quiet, in my opinion! I'm in love!

She's a beast indeed! I definitely recommend them for any gamer or collector! And it comes with an 8.4v 1150mAh battery and charger! Plus, with a 250 round hi cap, you can't go wrong! Might even be able to hold more than 250 rounds! She's orgasmic!
