What is the standard issue Bundswehr side arm (pistol)? any information would be greatly appreaciated

closest your going to find in Airsoft is the OD frame USP. The airsoft USP is however .45 instead of 9mm - but its a detail most can live with.

KSC only makes USP/ Mk23 series. KJW also makes The P8, I'm pretty sure its a clone.
